Welcome to Edinburgh Fresh Cleaning. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking our services. By booking a cleaning service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 Bookings. Changes, and Cancellations

Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly at phone number or email.
Please ensure that access to your property is available at the scheduled time. If access cannot be provided, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
We kindly ask clients to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

                                                                          Payment Information

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.

For your first cleaning appointment, a £15 deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final cleaning price. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking.

The remaining balance should be paid on the day of the cleaning service. For regular clients, payment can be made after each cleaning session unless agreed otherwise in advance.

                                                                          Preparing Your Home

Please ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled cleaning time. You can provide access before the cleaning starts or arrange access in advance (for example, by leaving a key).

For convenience and efficiency, we kindly ask that clients are not present during the cleaning service. You may be present at the beginning or at the end of the cleaning if needed.

Before our arrival, please remove personal items, clothes, and clutter from surfaces and floors so we can clean effectively.

For regular cleaning services, clients are kindly asked to provide basic cleaning supplies and equipment such as a vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning products. For deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning, our team will bring the necessary professional cleaning supplies and equipment.

Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning service, please contact us as soon as possible via our website, email, or phone at phone number.

We kindly ask clients to report any concerns within 24 hours after the cleaning service. We will review the issue and discuss possible solutions where appropriate. Our goal is to provide a reliable and professional cleaning service, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns in a fair and reasonable manner.
